Surplus Militaire

Military Surplus

For a long time now, clothing and accessories manufactured for the army have had a life outside the combat zone, adopted by the fashion industry and even worn by anti-war activists.

Their quality and clean cuts, designed for durability, performance and comfort, are hard not to get seduced by and attached to. On top of that, they age beautifully.

De Toujours offers a carefully chosen selection of military treasures, never worn, provided by military surpluses around the world.

Worship side

This light sweatshirt is made in fine new wool, off-white with navy insignia. It is adjusted to body shape.

With its navy anchor and lettering, it is an alternative to the traditional stripy style and can be worn under a pea coat or over a bikini after the beach, with ethnic jewellery for accessories.

The most notorious “hijacker” of the navy style remains Jean-Paul Gaultier, although before him Gabrielle Chanel in Biarritz or the Noailles on holiday in Hyères, or again Brigitte Bardot in her La Madrague home, all had a flirt with the nautical style.

DeToujours offers you the genuine article, from the Roots of Style.
